I'm having an issue with ID Check. What could be causing this?

If you have submitted your application and received a message letting you know that we're having trouble verifying your identity, don't worry: we can manually verify your identity using another form of ID. Verification of an identity can fail due to a recent name change, address change, or other reason. The specific reason that we could not verify your identity will affect which form of identification we need to receive in order to complete the verification process. If you're receiving the message that we can't verify your identity, we will let you know which sort of identification we will need - or you can reach out to us at help@havenlife.com to ask.
